Foreshore, a leading Channel Islands co-location data centre operator appointed Saradan to design and manage the fit out of the first floor of a converted power station in St. Helier into their new 1,700m2 Data Centre facility.

The works included constructing a new 2-storey plant room in the adjoining high bay storage warehouse, forming a new brick transformer compound at the rear of the site and the Phase 1 fit out of a 450m2 computer room, NOC, Build room and supporting offices.

There have been two further phases since, both designed and managed by Saradan. Saradan also provide Foreshore with ongoing Maintenance/Facilities Management consultancy support.
