BIS Ltd, a large UK data centre provider and operator has required ongoing building services and project management consultancy for their portfolio of data centres within the London area.
Saradan acted as Design Consultants and Project Managers on the fit-out of their 22,500 sq/ft, Greenwich data centre facility. The fit-out included forming 2 x 500mē computer rooms, a POP room, new plant-room, store, build room and an external plant compound. Saradan manage all maintenance requirements on the site on a fully comprehensive basis.
In 2012, Saradan have been appointed as the Design & Build contractors for BIS's extension to their Greenwich Data Centre which included forming another 300mē computer room and extending the current plant-room.
